EPC (Elderly Persons
Centre) Outings

For adults 55+. Affordably priced trips including monthly outings, restaurant trips and seasonal coach trips.

Adult Day Program

Designed for Adults 55+ with Alzheimer’s Disease or related dementia.

An intimate club like setting that offers therapeutic recreational programming, including exercise; workshops; gardening; crafts; baking; games; movies; outings; special events and BBQs. Reduces isolation, provides socialization. Provides respite to the caregiver.

Cost: $15.00 CAD per visit Includes: Hot lunch and door to door transportation services for clients in our catchment area.

Days: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, 9 am-3 pm

Friendship Club

Welcoming social recreational club for adults 55+. Includes: ceramics, bingo, exercise,workshops, cards, delicious nutritional lunch and special events. Fee: $25.00 CAD per year, $6.00 CAD per visit for congregate dining, $12.00 CAD for special events

IRIE Program

Lively social Program connects older adults and seniors from the Black, Caribbean and West Indian communities through discussion, do-it-yourself projects, workshops, special events and exercises. Delicious hot lunch included.

Days: Thursdays 10:00 am-1:30 pm

Membership Fee: $25.00 CAD per year

Experienced Tai Chi Instructor Mr.Luu expertly leads participants through slow and graceful movements to relax and strengthen the mind and body. No fee.

Friday Folk Program

A unique recreation and socialization program for adults 18+ with physical and/or developmental disabilities. Must be accompanied by a caregiver/escort.

Program Fee: $25.00 CAD per year, $6 per visit for congregate dining, $12.00 CAD for special events

Includes: arts and crafts, workshops, exercise, bingo, movies, karaoke, Ninendo Wii, special events, nutritional lunch and opportunity to socialize with other members.

Days: Fridays, 10 am-2 pm
