Women’s Wellness Groups

Provided in collaboration with Canadian Mental Health Association and facilitated by Peer Volunteers, these groups reduce isolation for women by encouraging them to spend time with peers in their community. Periodic educational sessions cover diverse topics such as Mental Health, Stress Management, Self-Care, and Home Decorating. This is more than a group; it’s a space to share, learn, and grow together. Join us in fostering connections, sharing insights, and enhancing your overall well-being.

Many of our groups are specific to an ethnic or cultural group, such as Chinese women and Caribbean women.

Chinese Women’s Group meets Tuesdays 2:30pm – 4:30pm
