CAREGIVER SUPPORT
Being a caregiver is a difficult job! Our Caregiver Support Program provides support and resources to individuals and families caring for a relative or friend at home, in the community, or in a care facility. We offer a range of community-based services, information, resources and referrals designed to recognize the difficult work of caregiving, and to reduce feelings of stress, burden and isolation, including:
- Support Groups & Peer Support
- One-on-One Informal Counselling
- Educational Workshops & Activities
- Events based on the work of caregiving and the needs of the caregiver
