“Whenever you’re in conflict with someone, there is one factor that can make the difference between damaging your relationship and deepening it. That factor is attitude.” William James
Operating for 20 years, CRS is the only formal conflict resolution provider serving all of Scarborough. We operate a community mediation program and provide professional mediation certification programs, workshops and community mediation development.
Guided by our roster of trained and experienced mediators, the CRS program helps people in conflict work out their differences in a safe, neutral, respectful environment. Participants take ownership of their conflicts by actively participating in the resolution process.
Agencies such as Toronto Police Services, local legal clinics, Toronto Community Housing, and Scarborough courts have come to depend on our ability to resolve landlord-tenant issues, civil disputes and organizational discord.
